HOW TO LOGIN TO the toastmaster site & pick your 1st pathway

This video shows how to access your account and pick your first Pathway on Toastmasters.org.

*NOTE: The look of a couple of buttons have changed in the past year, but their names haven’t.

Once you’ve picked your Pathway you’ll see it consists of 5 levels, and each level has numerous speeches and projects to complete. To see what they are you need to head into your Pathway using Base Camp.

There are 23 different videos on Toastmasters International’s YouTube channel that just deal with aspects of using Base Camp, so if you are struggling you can go to this playlist - BASE CAMP TUTORIALS - to see if the answer to your issue is there, but the video below is a good place to start.

BASE CAMP Training

Although the look of a couple of buttons have changed in the past year, this video will show you the basics of how to use Base Camp (the Pathways tracking system).

This shows the functionalities of the systems and some tips and tricks such as finding speeches, completing a project (incredibly important) and level, profile, how to get evaluation sheets and certificates .

🌟IMPORTANT🌟

Marking your projects complete

This is the very ‘American’ Toastmasters version of how to complete your projects. I know it is covered in the video above, but as it is key to your clearing each level, and also key for your club’s success, I thought I’d put this short video on here in case you need a quick 2 minute refresh.

EasySpeak Training

If you find EasySpeak a bit confusing here’s a great video that explains a lot by UK Toastmaster Tanya Barad.
